Our Grenache is energized by the acidity and tannins afforded by our cool summer mornings. The grapes were fermented both destemmed and as whole cluster, and aged in mostly neutral French oak. With aromas of cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, dusty saddle leather, and citrus zests this wine is thoughtful and lively, with a sweet fruited density.
