Our Rosé is a very carefully crafted example of the classic yet enigmatic rosé variety, Grenache. Picked just as green herbal aromas evolve toward red berry, clusters are gently destemmed and left to macerate for just a few hours. It is then pressed with extreme care and left to ferment naturally in tank and barrel.
